Description
Dr. Tovia Martirosian Smith is a urogynecologist at Virginia Women's Center. She cares for patients at our West End, Short Pump and Mechanicsville locations. Born and raised in Richmond, Tovia M. Smith, M.D. is excited to return to her hometown to practice medicine. Dr. Smith specializes in treating symptoms of incontinence and difficulties from the relaxation of the pelvic floor. She joined Virginia Women’s Center in March 2014. Dr. Smith earned her bachelor’s degree from Yale University, where she played varsity field hockey as an All-American for the Bulldogs. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia, where she was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society for compassion in medicine.
